Integrated Sustainability

Integrated Sustainability

Sustainability today is a recognized and essential company tool for generating value in growth. A truly strategic approach to Sustainability must be integrated and must involve stakeholders and the various internal and external company functions in an organic and coordinated way – that is, the entire Business Ecosystem.

SIrcle® supports companies in achieving this goal, designing a new role for the company that generates awareness and motivation for all stakeholders, right up to the end customer.

The three dimensions of Integrated Sustainability

An Integrated Sustainability is not only “green” but concerns three areas of intervention: Environmental, Social, Governance.

Environmental

Attention to the impacts that its processes, products and services have on human natural resources, also through the use of renewable materials and sustainable services.

Social

Attention to workers’ rights, human rights, diversity, development of Human Capital within the company, the local community and the Supply Chain.

Governance

Implement an integrated strategy that ensures compliance and creates long-term value, combining economic-financial growth and solidity with environmental and social sustainability through adequate supervision and monitoring of processes.

Integrated Sustainability arises from a strategic choice of the Board as a growth driver for the creation of value.

Each company function is involved, each for its area, on sustainability issues, in a process of continuous dialogue: this is why we call it Integrated Sustainability.

It is a multi-stage process that creates long-term value, combining economic-financial growth and solidity with environmental and social sustainability. The path guarantees adequate supervision and monitoring of processes and communication within and outside the company that enhances all concrete initiatives and actions.

To give substance and method to this path, the EASI® Model was created.
